Visual · Brain-Based · Inner Work

See what's happening inside.

LifeTuneToon™ is a visual, brain-based inner work system that helps you see your thoughts, emotions, body signals, and inner voices — so you can update old scripts in real time and choose your next step with clarity, resilience, and rhythm.

Most of us are living inside a scene written years ago.

I know my own burnout by its smallest flag: one new notification, and the feeling of what now.

Some weeks I can carry the same load and feel buoyant. Other weeks, one little notification lands like one more thing. Same life. Different nervous system.

But by the time that flag gets to me, quieter things have already slipped. Healthy routines go first — the newest ones, the ones that hadn't grown roots yet. Quiet enough that the drive to keep going papers right over it.

Then sleep gets busy: one bathroom break at 2 am, and the overthinking manager is already at her desk.

And underneath it all, the quiet math my brain runs about the places I'm not showing up the way I used to. Silent. Polite. Adding up.

Here's the part that took me longest to learn: knowing all of this wasn't the same as seeing it. The flags only work when you can see them from a small, safe distance — while they're still small.

That's what LifeTuneToon is for.

If any of this feels like a room you've stood in, come look around.

You don't need to fix everything that's broken. You don't need to rescue everyone. You don't need to bypass fear. You do need an inner compass you can actually read. That is radical medicine right now.
The threat bucket overflowsTop-down logic keeps failing. You know what to do, but your body won't cooperate. That's not a character flaw. That's neurobiology.
Burnout isn't failure — it's feedbackTraditional systems weren't built for your nervous system. You don't need more tips or hacks. You need an environment that adapts to your neurobiology.
The invisible needs a mapWhat's happening inside, emotionally, somatically, relationally, is real. But without a way to see it, you can't navigate it. LTT gives you the map.

The Solution

Two lenses. One integrated system.

The Map

Relational Intelligence Mapping

RIM is a neurobiological framework for understanding how your nervous system registers every relational environment — people, spaces, objects, information, even AI. Every interaction carries a felt quality, a nervous system response, a relational signature. RIM helps you notice and map those dynamics, so you can move through your life and work with more self-awareness, more trust in your own intelligence, and less friction.

The Vehicle

LifeTuneToon™

LTT is the visual, brain-based inner work system and neurocomputational sandbox used to navigate the RIM map. Through character-based storytelling, visual tools, and nervous system literacy practices, LTT helps you see what's happening inside — thoughts, emotions, body signals, inner voices — and update old scripts in real time. Science meets soul. Storybook meets clinical precision.

It works as a visual dashboard for your nervous system — proof your negativity bias can't argue with. When your brain tells you the lie that you're getting nowhere, you look at your map: no, there I am. I'm right here.

Most of us are living inside a scene written years ago. LifeTuneToon™ uses visual storytelling and brain-based practices to help people see what's happening inside, update old scripts in real time, and respond to life with self-trust, resilience, and rhythm.

Where you can begin your inner journey.

Come inside

The Canopy Collective

The home of LifeTuneToon™.

I built a place instead of a feed — a private community with rooms and doors, not a scroll.

Come in, sit in the shade, set your bags down.

Inside, the Staying Human in the Work course is yours in full. The whole thing, not a preview.

The other wings are still going up — the Avatar Factory, the Supplement Sanity Lab, the Realm of Trees. Founding members are first through each door as it opens.

When you're ready for more, each wing goes deeper. You choose which doors are worth opening.

No introductions required. Nothing to fill out at the door. Wander, or just sit in the shade — it works either way.

The Canopy is in its founding chapter.

The first helpers inside are settling into brand-new rooms — and their honest feedback is shaping how this place feels for everyone who comes after.

The founding circle is intentionally small. There's no application and nothing to prove — add your name and everything you need arrives in your inbox.

Growing in the workshop

LifeTuneToon isn't just an idea — it's becoming things you can hold, hear, and walk through.

The LTT Daily Notecard Decks — small, beautiful cards for tuning in, one day at a time. A low-friction, visual daily practice for energy, mood, and body signals, designed for neurodivergent brains who need beauty and ease. The first decks are already in Trailblazer hands, after three years of daily road-testing in mine.

The Realm of Trees — not another meditation app. Fourteen guided audio journeys through a living forest, built on a concept I coined: resilience intelligence. Each journey is a Time Traveling Treasure Quest™ — you don't just settle your nervous system, you go get something and bring it back. And for those who want to go deeper, the follow-up course is already written and waiting.

And inside The Canopy Collective, the Staying Human in the Work course is already home — with more on the way.

Founding helpers see these first.

NeuroSpicy Navigation Kit

One little mini-app for daily nervous system regulation, built specifically for ADHD, dyslexic, autistic, and neurodivergent adults. Practical, accessible, and grounded in evidence-based frameworks. Coming home to The Canopy Collective.

For teams and clinicians

LTT Helping the Helpers™ — Burnout Workshops

This is the one built for burnout. Group workshops for clinicians, nurses, educators, and helping professionals who are running on empty and need more than another self-care tip. We address nervous system dysregulation, compassion fatigue, and systemic depletion — visually, relationally, and practically.

Now gathering interest from clinics, group practices, hospitals, and teams — in person or virtual. If your people are running on empty, tell me about them and I'll reply personally.

Lunchtime Learning for Teams

Some teams don't need a workshop — they need something good to press play on.

Short, ready-to-play audio and video sessions made for lunch-and-learns, wellness stipends, and team development hours. Topics your people are already wrestling with: stress, burnout, and the nervous system at work — and supplement sanity, making sense of the overwhelming, ever-shifting flood of supplement information with hard-earned guidance you can actually use.

No scheduling, no speaker fees. Your people press play and learn something real — and you're the one who found it.

Curious if this fits your team? Tell me a little and I'll reply personally.

For my fellow clinicians

Two more things are growing here with you in mind.

A clinician in a hospital corridor opening the Supplement Sanity Lab walk-in apothecary on her phone

The Supplement Sanity Lab — a walk-in apothecary of interactive briefs on the supplements your patients are already taking. Clear, visual, and built for the realities of front-line practice. Canopy members get the first brief on the house when the Lab opens. The full Lab follows as its own subscription.

Rhythm to Remember — a luminous figure with the golden waveform carrying across the water into a lantern-lit grove

The Dr. Tiffany Ballard podcast — now publishing, in the same spirit as the newsletter it accompanies. Three series are taking shape: Rhythm to Remember | Whispers from Dr. B, short spoken pieces that sit somewhere between a poem and a meditation; MicroDives, twenty-five minutes or less of functional mental health education for working clinicians; and Legacy CME — conversations with helpers at the point of retirement and beyond, so their hard-won wisdom doesn't leave with them. CME accreditation is in the works.

Relational Intelligence Mapping — RIM

Every relationship registers somewhere in your nervous system. The people you love. The inbox. The waiting room. Even the AI you talk to.

RIM is the map I created for how all of it lands — which connections steady you, which ones cost you, and how to see the whole picture from far enough back to choose your next move.

If LifeTuneToon is the vehicle, RIM is the map it drives by.

You'll find RIM woven through everything I build — The Canopy Collective, my courses, and the work ahead.

Meet Dr. B

Dr. Tiffany Ballard

A short hello from Dr. B.
Dr. Tiffany Ballard — psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and creator of LifeTuneToon™

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine · Psychiatrist · Psychotherapist · 27+ Years Clinical Practice · Functional Medicine Fellowship · Integrative Mental Health · Trauma-Informed Care

Since I was seven, people have sought me out to share the hardest things they'd never said out loud. I assumed this was normal — a living listening bowl, naturally attuned to what others carry. That gift became a calling.

With over 27 years in integrative psychiatry, psychotherapy, and somatic healing, I built LifeTuneToon™ from the kind of cross-disciplinary synthesis I couldn't find anywhere else — depth psychology meets neuroscience meets visual storytelling meets nervous system education. Science meets soul.

I'm a neurodivergent creator and clinician who builds what I wish I'd had. Everything I make is designed for the helpers, the healers, the sensitive ones, and the brilliant brains that traditional systems have failed.

Meaningful impact is hearing helpers share how LTT helped them trust their own nervous system — while I remain resourced enough to keep creating, not just delivering.
